I believe, it’s worth to mention the books,
* Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs by Abelson and Sussman
* Introduction to Algorithms by Cormen, Leiserson and Rivest
* The Art Of Computer Programming (Donald.D.Knuth) in the must read category.
